We accept most major insurance plans. Please call our office to verify your coverage before your first visit. Self-pay and sliding-scale options are available for uninsured patients.

What to Bring

For your first appointment, please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or referral letters you may have.

Office Hours

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with select evening hours available by appointment. Weekends are closed. Call to schedule your preferred time.

Location & Parking

Conveniently located at 100 Elgar Pl, Bronx, NY 10475. Street parking is available on surrounding blocks. The area is accessible via multiple bus lines and is a short walk from the subway.
